3. Specific qualification requirements of the project: 1. Comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Before purchasing the negotiation document, the supplier shall fill in the basic information of the supplier in the system of Shandong Government Procurement Website in accordance with the relevant provisions of Shandong Government Procurement Website supplier registration information; 3. The product belongs to the medical device management class,  the qualifications to be provided should include: medical device production license (dealer to provide medical device license  business license record certificate), product medical device registration certificate (including schedule),  the product  as medical device management, provide the State Drug Administration  as medical device management classification definition document; 4. The supplier of imported products shall have the original authorization letter of the manufacturer  the domestic general agent for the project  the supporting consumables, reagents, accessories  other products required by the project (authorization can be traced); 5. Purchase the consultation document  the procurement agency  register it for the record; 6. A written statement that there are no major illegal records in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities,  suppliers with major illegal records in business activities within 3 years before participating in procurement activities shall  participate in this procurement activity. 7. Comply with relevant laws, rules  regulations; 8.
